Cancellations: Cancellation is possible until any time of day 2 days prior to the check-in date without penalty.
A cancellation after that time or a no-show, will incur a penalty of 1 night's stay.

Cancellations are free of charge until 2 days before the arrival date. Just in case the reservation were cancelled after that time or you didn�t come to the hotel (No-Show), we would charge the 1st night stay as cancellation penalty.

Except during the period of Holy Week and April Fair when we will charge on your credit card the first night of the stay as a deposit of your booking. The reservation can be cancelled with the refund of the deposit at least 15 days before arrival day. If it were cancelled after that time, the deposit would not be refunded.

Check-in Time: Check-in is possible 24 hours per day.

Check-out Time: You may check out at any time before 12:00.

Reception Times: Reception is open 24 hours per day.

Baggage Deposit: Free baggage deposit in case of early check-in or late check-out.
